Any suggestions for a stinking head cold???!!!

It's bloody miserable, having a stinking head cold in the middle of summer :-(

I've had this one for a week, and it was at it's worst today. I am running hot and cold, got a runny nose, I am sore all over and have spent the whole day sleeping!

I booked cinema tickets for myself + kids for tomorrow so I will have to get up!!!

I have been taking hot lemon with honey and loads of vitamin C.

Yep, just recovering - that hot lemon and honey drink thingy is missing a wee drop of FG!!!!!

Try olbas oil on a warm damp cloth.Place it over your face...it really clears your nose and head.Hope your feeling better soon
