Well said, fred! We all know those Eyeties are all corrupt. All the police officers are in league with Cosa Nostra and must have been paid to frame that poor, American girl, who is obviously as pure as the driven snow.

She must be well sick...After getting over £38,000 in damages, whilst in court, due to sex smears. the poor cow had to pay it ALL to the bar owner that she tried to FRAME!!

Shes in court again today, this time the police officers SHE accused off beating a confession out off her are suing her for slander or defamation.


I think this latest situation will prove, without a doubt, that she is a lier and murderer.

She is back in court, facing up to another six years added to her sentence, for slandering the Police.

Good! She really thought she had got away with it.

She thought,mistakenly, that she would be believed and that would look good for her appeal.


Unfortunately, for her, its going in front off a judge and jury and she is now acting like a scared child, crying etc...

I think she lied in lots of ways, especially with that sweet and innocent persona she tried to put across with her scrubbed face, hair all done up in a plait or tied back and those very conservative clothes.

How would it go if she won her appeal...what about the court case where she lied when she said she was beaten?


I would like to ask her parents 2 questions...


1.....why did she lie when she said she was hit by police officers, and.

2. why did she lie and implicate a totally innocent man i.e. the bartender


It would look very odd if she won her appeal and yet 4 years for lying about the beating.


It would mean that she committed perjury and that if she lied about that then she has ultimately lied about everything yet she will be walking around making millions out off a deceased person.

I believe there is going to be a programme about this case.

Theirs already a film and book....


What about the poor parents off meredith...humble doesnt come near to what these people are...

4. why did you steal your 'friends' money?

Why is it being said you had NO reason to kill meredith when it is obvious you were high on drugs and drink and you were jealous off a kind, innocent, beautiful women like meredith?

So the third murderer is appealing too....what on earth can merediths parents be feeling.


His dna was found in her bedroom, his bloody footprints were found in her bedroom, he admitted he was their when she was murdered....WHAT MORE DO THESE PEOPLE NEED TO PROVE HE IS A BLOODY MURDERER.

The thought off knox and co getting off because off a bloody supposed mistake made, which off course i dont believe, makes my blood boil!!

Only just seen this thread knox guilty and a liar to boot do these Americans who are claiming her innocence ever give a thought to the Kercher family proberly not.

The pair off them were so drugged up they prob don't even remember half off what they did and lets face it, only a drugged crazy person would off done what they did to Meredith.


The boyfriend even said to a friend the next day....'don't want to go through a trip like I did last night ever again'..

Five serving inmates including a convicted Mafia mobster are to testify Amanda Knox's innocence as part of her appeal case which resumes today.

The prisoners will be escorted under heavy armed guard from various jails after a judge granted defence requests that they be heard as vital witnesses.

Knox, 24, was jailed 18 months ago for the brutal murder of British student Meredith Kercher, 21, who was found semi naked and with her throat cut in her bedroom of the house they shared.


They all say that Amanda and Raffaele are innocent - Aviello insists that his brother carried out the murder and he was given the keys and knife to hide.

Knox is serving 26 years for the murder, while her former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, 27, was given a year less but in recent months there has been growing doubts over the strength of their convictions.

DNA evidence presented at the original trial has been questioned and the motive is also in doubt with prosecutors switching between a sex crime, theft, a domestic row between Knox and Meredith or all three.

The five witnesses will testify that Knox and Sollecito are innocent of the murder - with mobster Luciano Aviello insisting that it was his on the run brother Antonio who committed the crime.

In a series of letters to the court from Vercelli jail near Turin, Aviello has claimed his brother murdered Meredith after she disturbed him during a break in at the house in Perugia.

Aviello, who is serving ten years for Mafia related crimes, also says that his brother gave him a set of keys to the house and the murder weapon to hide and neither of these items have ever been found.

The others who will give evidence include convicted child murderer Mario Alessi, who says that he was told Knox and Sollecito were innocent while sharing a cell with Rudy Guede, 23, who was convicted of Meredith's murder at an earlier trial.

Knox's lawyer, Carlo Dalla Vedova, said: ''All of the five have very important evidence to give and we have taken statements from them and videotaped their interviews.

''They all say that Amanda and Raffaele are innocent - Aviello insists that his brother carried out the murder and he was given the keys and knife to hide.

''We asked that he be heard during the original trial after he wrote to the judge three times but this was denied us however now the appeal court has ruled that he should be allowed to speak.

''The decision made was the correct one and the five serving prisoners will all give evidence to the appeal - in essence they all heard in jail that Amanda and Raffaele are innocent and the court will hear them and decide.''

The original trial heard how DNA from Knox was found on the handle of a 30cm knife found in Sollecito's kitchen and that of Meredith on the blade but the results were so low they should not have been used as evidence in the trial.

Initial findings by the experts have confirmed that there is no sample left to test and two court appointed independent experts are reviewing how the evidence was collated and are due to present a report in two weeks.

Meredith, from Coulsdon, Surrey, was a Leeds University student in Perugia as part of her degree course and had only been in Italy for two months before she was murdered in November 2007.

It s Italy....has to be the mafia....why is this being allowed to go on like this....they have the culprits...

I really believe someones been got at here money has changed hands the whole thing is a farce , are they seriously going to allow the guy who said it was a drugs hit because Meredith owed money ,its a farce a bloody disgrace, i can really see Knox walking away from this and getting away with murder .
