imo ..this statment sounds like someone who is fed up of the pretence....how could they all be together if maddie could still be found?

I have no idea (apart from the pretence) of saying that Madeleine hasn't come to any serious harm! It is a silly thing to say at the best of times, not alone having an "abducted" child who went missing over 2 years ago, o.k. ignore the dogs, bott of them, so blood and cadaver is out of the question, but if an abductor came into the bedroom and chloroformed the twins (Donal McIntrye interview!) and took their sister, for what? To play ludo and tiddlywinks with? It's obvious that the child isn't in any kind of school in Portugal and according to dumb and dumber the Mccanns P.Is she is being held in a lawless village in the Algarve, less than 10 miles from PDL. So why hasn't any harm happened to her, she can't have had a medical check, unless of course her "abductors" are medically trained, no schooling unless the wife is a teacher, no contact with outsiders, unless the extended family are all "in on it", so no, I have to agree with Clarence, Madeleine is now a well balanced, healthy, educated young child who is giving her new family her "tuppence worth" FFS!!!!

It will be very interesting to hear what the McCann Witnesses come up with to prove Madeleine is alive.

After half the World has been looking for her, her picture is identifiable to everyone, the numerous sightings
have not come to anything, Kate and the Detectives trawling the PJ Files and finding nothing etc, how can any
Judge say Amaral"s book is impeding their search?

If Madeleine was alive someone would know, she must be the most recognised face in the world at this time. As Beattie points out her picture is identifiable to everyone and I'm sure the lure of 1 million pounds/euros reward money would incite even the most hardened of criminals to turn is own grandmother in if he thought she knew where Madeleine was being held.

Also if they are so positive that she is alive and their super sleuth, Detective Dave knows she is within a 10 mile radius of PdL, why the hell don't they extract their thumbs from their bums and go and search for her instead of organising puerile balloon releases, 'celebrity' fund raising bashes and harassing the man led the search for their daughter?

Beattie, perhaps the Portuguese Judiciary thought that allowing the injunction would bring the McCanns out into the open where they could be publicly exposed as charlatans. Which is, in my opinion exactly what happened.

imagine how the McCanns will react, there is no way they can continue with a Trial if that"s the case.

Yes it does sound suicidal. It actually sounds as if she thinks about wiping the whole family out. I hope someone is keeping an eye on her. It's actually very worrying to hear someone talk like that, especially when they have small children.
