It makes it look like she rang him up to warn him that a story was going to break the next day about his son.

They are also trying to claim the moral highground as they were running a story in the only way possible (with someone famous) in order - wait for it - to raise awareness and money for a good cause. It was all done to help Cystic Fibrosis charities.

FFS why don't Rebekah and Co STFU, and stop digging and digging in that bloody big hole they are in......unblievable!!!

gordon brown. looking for revenge for being dumped at the last election. already his claim about the media getting hold of his son's medical records has been been shot down. a source close to the family has admitted talking to the press. good old gordon. as soon as he opens his mouth his foot plugs the gap.

This Brown is a guy not to be trusted, sheeps clothing comes to mind !

Personally I think Brown is a deflection. Labour are on relatively safe ground fielding him in the attacks on the current administration because I suspect of all the Labour ministers during the period when most of this skullduggery was going on he is undoubtedly the one probably not on the Murdoch gravytrain (at least not to the extent of others). The Blair camp have been relatively quiet though apart from the occasional foray by Campbell - I wonder why.

I have wondered the same about Blair Chris.

But as I said on here in another thread, Blair has always been treated with special kid gloves by much of the press. He's the only MP whose expenses we have not been enlightened about, for instance. How very nice for Mr Blair.
