What If...

What if Sabrina is still alive?
And the news media is wrong?
Who will explain to Sabrina
why her capture took so long?

What if the Aisenbergs
are being falsely accused?
And all this time, poor Sabrina
suffers from cruel abuse?

What if tomorrow should bring
Sabrina's abductor to view?
What if she is covered with bruises,
would the blame lie with you?

Would you be able to honestly say
you truly did your best.
What if the Aisenbergs aren't guilty...
Will you let them put Sabrina to rest?

What if the sorrows of tomorrow
are somehow revealed.
And the Aisenbergs are the victims
Will their innocence be concealed?

And if they took their own child.
Watched her take her final breath.
Their shame & blame would be forever...
Until they closed their eyes in death.

In the meantime, Sabrina is missing.
That's what we should be thinking about.
Whether the parents knew or didn't....
Well, the jury is still out.
