He would do a better job than Harry (my dogs got all my money i cant read nor write and i never sent a text in my life) Redcrap.
The players will work for him and he could still do a spell on the pitch.I am going to write to the FA and tell them.

NOWAY Lioned if Beckham were to put as much effort into the England team as he does in his fashion and vanity then yes he would be brilliant, sadly Beckham is too soft and vain, yes maybe Redcrap can't read or write but what diff does that make when you are good at what you do, he puts his all into his footy, unlike Beckham too girly and vain, sorry to disagree.

David and Vicky are attention seekers imo, that would be no good for the England Footy team, having her come along to all the big games with all her kids and family intoe!!!

We might just as well leave it to the sportswriters and tv pundits to pick the new manager, they seem to know everything, been there, done that, got three T shirts. They've all been promoting Redcrap as a replacement for ages, why? He's done absolutely nothing except he's trained his dog to write bank paying in slips.... I've trained my hound to take the blame for episodes of flatulence does that open any doors for me?

I agree Beckham wouldnt work due to his attention seeking wife who would be too much of a distraction, Pearce would be ok but someone was commenting apparently some time ago there was some fuss about a racial remark he may have made?, Martin O'Neil would be good or possibly George Graham, Glen Hoddle's name is being mentioned a lot (he's not bad looking so wouldnt mind him) Beckham for England Job.................. 25346 - although there are many doubts about Rednapp and his court case result, he is good as a Manager and has done wonders with Spurs, the players all seem to like him, and I dont think he would stand any nonsense like prima donnas swanning about in the team and he has the backing of a lot of fans so probably the best choice. I would hope he would boot Terry out for a start. (and a lot of the others who have let their country down through their lack of effort in past championships by not trying hard enough).

Hoddle..... Beckham for England Job.................. 294124

Redknap has a bit of a chequered past apart from his shenanigans with HMRC there was a story once that an agent gave him a racehourse as a bit of a 'bonus' Harry said it was an old nag that never won anything, also he and his wife have a property development company down in Hampshire which won a planning application only on the grounds He'd build lots of 'affordable' housing as part of it which they then proceeded not to do (works in progress or planned) i think !
Also He's got a dodgy ticker and dont look too good to me.

Maybe Sven will fancy another go if Ulrika ka will let him.. Beckham for England Job.................. 294124

How about Mourinho that should get your juices flowing if you want some eye candy.

HARRY Redknapp admits managing England would be "all aggro" — but says nothing can compare with the hell he suffered clearing his name of tax-dodge charges in court. The Spurs boss is the country's favourite to take over the national side — but confessed he considered the possibility of JAIL before a jury acquitted him this week after a tense 13-day hearing.

And even though the 64-year-old is well aware of the ferocious criticism that can accompany the England job, he insisted the gruelling court case was worse.

Redknapp bared his soul after walking from London's Southwark Crown Court a free man, along with his former chairman at Portsmouth Milan Mandaric.

That came just hours before Italian Fabio Capello dramatically quit as England boss — paving the way for London-born 'Arry to step up for what he called "the ultimate job for an Englishman".

Redknapp said yesterday: "Nothing could compare with the court case. Once you've been through that there's nothing worse.

"The case made my wife Sandra ill, slaughtered her. It knocked her for six. She's soft. I wouldn't let her come to court, it would have killed her.

"She's harmless. For her to go through all that — her back's gone. That's the stress of it all.

"She couldn't move this morning because that's what happens to your body. It gets messed up."

He added: "I wouldn't even want to tell you what I was thinking at 11.15 that last day in court.

"I was sitting on my own and thinking things that were scary. I wouldn't even want to talk about it — it was horrendous. Yes, jail crossed my mind.

"You have 12 people that are going to decide to finish your life, basically. It is not a feeling you would wish on anybody.

"It's made me stronger. You find out who your friends are, who cares about you, and who's on your side. My son Jamie carried me an awful lot."

Redknapp told of his frustration that his case took so long to come to court. He said: "Every day it was on your mind.

"Four times we tried to get it thrown out. How it ended up there... my barrister kept saying it was only because it was me."

Redknapp is under no illusions about the difficulties of the England post — having seen a string of previous bosses hit problems.

He said: "It's aggro, isn't it? Let's not kid ourselves, managing England, it's aggravation.

"No one likes personal abuse, do they? You don't want it if you can help it.

"Managing England has certainly been a very difficult job for everybody, even people like Bobby Robson. He got England to the World Cup semi-finals in 1990 but he got some stick before that.

"And look what happened to Graham Taylor and people like that. It is not an easy job is it?

"It has to be the ultimate job for an Englishman. But you also have to understand what a tough job it is.

"No one has a magic wand and the list of managers — top class managers — who have all gone in full of hope... they all found it very, very difficult.

Whoever takes that job has a real job on their hands."

Some FA board members want Redknapp to take charge of the country on a part-time basis up to the European Championships.

But he believes it would be an impossible ask. He added: "That's probably difficult. Very difficult. I mean, it's hard enough managing a Premier League club. Managing your country as well — they are two difficult jobs.

"Your focus has to be on one job. I can't take my eye off the ball at Tottenham at the moment. We're looking to get into the Champions League again and are still in the FA Cup.

"I owe it to everyone at the club to keep completely focused on the job I'm doing here."

Redknapp is the outstanding candidate to succeed Capello, who quit on Wednesday, with Ladbrokes making him 1-4 favourite.

But he said the appointment of the next England boss will be down to the Football Association — and what is right for him.
