Why are there repercussions for repeating what is in the Official Police Files?

Thanks for that HideHo. Simple isn`t it. The police files say she died in the apartment, GA repeats the police files, TB repeats the police files. Its a shame TB agreed such a far fetched undertaking - undoubtedly pressurised to do so.

Not sure if that was the interim report on 10 Sept 2007 and followed by the final when they were de-arguidoed in July 2008.

Even so that still stands surely and why indeed are the trials persecuting TB and GA ongoing.

Also saw that TB's notice states committal to prison, whereas on twitter the other night Bren was stating it was only for a suspended sentence! As if that was ok then.

If Tony went to prison, and the McCanns stayed out.... that would be a double miscarriage of justice!

I need to tweak the image a little but it is a FACT that the Tavares report is in the files and those are the exact comments taken from the report.

To repeat them as a theory or possibility or a mystery should not be justification to suggest a prison term or claim libel for 1.2 million pounds. imo

Pennylane - totally agree - if Tony is imprisoned and the mcs walk out of that court free it will be a travesty. If justice is not done in this case we might as well pack up because UK plc will be a banana republic.

HiDeHo that is so simple and easy to understand and should be on the front page of every newspaper in the UK, but sadly it will not be, Can it be put onto Facebook or Twitter. No possibly not Twitter as I believe there is a word limit. Shame because it is so punchy.

If the judge sees the above info from the files etc., I dont see how he can find that the Mccanns
have a leg to stand on and also being made aware of the intimidation and harrassment against Tony, anyone in their right mind should see he hasnt done anything wrong and this case should be thrown out.

I think that clearly states the present status thank you for these extracts.

I doubt very much if anyone would get the press to print these images - they are all on the payroll!
