"The minor Madeleine died in apartment 5A."
"A simulation of an abduction took place"
"Kate and Gerry McCann are involved in the concealment of the corpse of their daughter"

If i were to say all of the above, publicly, would the McCanns sue me?
If i were to broadcast all of the above in the UK, would the McCanns sue me?
If i were to retell all of the above, publicly, to anyone in the UK and somebody informed the McCanns i was saying it, would they sue me?

IF the answer is YES, they would sue you, then could someone explain to me why the McCanns have NOT sued the BBC for broadcasting all of the above?

14 mins onwards.

Or do they only sue individual pensioners for saying all of the above?

Q. What's the difference between a pensioner and a national corporation?
A. The McCanns won't sue a national corporation for broadcasting exactly the same as the pensioner inferred.

Are the McCanns waiting for the outcome/judgement from the pensioners court case before serving a writ against the BBC?

Yes, i do know the difference between a case of breaching undertakings and a libel case.

2 reasons why they are suing Tony.

1. He's believable and

2. If they win the case they think us underlings will run away and hide due to fear off getting sued.

I certainly think that he knows something which threatens their cosy existance as otherwise they would have ignored him.

Many of the people who don't believe them won't have been influenced by him - even if they've even heard of him - so removing him will make no difference.

If the worst happens and he can no longer speak publicly, I can think of several people who'd be prepared to take over from him.

If the McCanns ever sue the BBC, I'll eat my own weight in horseburgers.
I don't think they'd do it under any circumstances.
If, after all that's gone on at the BBC in recent months, they then had to shell out a fortune to this grasping pair, there would be pandemonium.
Most people have a TV licence (and most have a strong opinion about how it should be spent), therefore most people in the land would, in effect, be coughing up their OWN money, without their consent, to the scroungers.
Just picture the public reaction ......
