Gerry McCann.......were there substances used to keep the twins asleep?

I'm sure that Gerry himself knows the answer to that one!

I wonder what he meant when he says (if I have deciphered his accent correctly) that the twins slept soundly until they were moved from their cots to their own apartment?

these are the first two comments NBY........could Madeleine have been abducted by a Staff Member who knew the checking habits of the McCanns???

  Kate also talks about Madeleine being more tired than usual when she and the twins came back from the creche.The staff book for the Tapas detailed that the kids would be alone at night all week and the parents eating there.The McCanns have hinted in interview that if you put those two things together,there is a possible plan by a staff member to sedate the kids and abduct Madeleine that night.I believe it is that suspicion to which Gerry is refering here.

What Gerry is referring to is that the twins slept very soundly through all of it, and afterwards, amongst all the commotion. That is extremely unusual and one of the explanations 'might; be that they were sedated It's possible that they were- but it would NOT kill them. Therefore, Gerry would have known that.
