COPS investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann have been informed of a possible sighting in America.
A potential eyewitness is convinced she saw the missing little girl in a Spanish restaurant.

She told the authorities at the time in May 2009, but was only contacted when she reported it again two months ago.
The mother said: “I saw this little blonde girl looking just like Maddie. I’ve never felt so strongly about something

The American eyewitness said the girl was having lunch in Montgomery County, Maryland, with a blonde woman and two men — one grey-haired and distinguished, and the other “scruffy looking with a foreign accent”.

The woman, who has asked not to be named, said the girl also came over to her own daughter but did not speak, adding: “The woman pulled her back.”
Madeleine, from Rothley, Leics, was three when she vanished from the family’s holiday flat in Praia da Luz, Portugal, in 2007.

Leicester Police have passed the report on to Operation Grange, the Scotland Yard team probing her disappearance.

If you put "Madeleine Maryland Sighting" into google it brings up the story of a missing dog called Madeline from Montgomery County Maryland.

She's 5 years old, they're "not giving up" and "Madeleine needs to come home".

If l read another sighting where the child gets pulled away l will scream. Of course they're going to pull their child away from a stranger having a good gawp at their kid! Just goes the prove the people they cast aspersions on are vigilant - unlike the Mccanns were. The irony!

In view of this find a dog website (which appears to be quite genuine) I'm wondering if the article about the particularly silly sighting in the same place is more of a hoax than these stories usually are.

The woman, who has requested anonymity, said the little girl approached her own daughter, but was 'pulled back' by the woman she was with before she had opportunity to speak.

Madeleine went missing from her family's holiday flat in Praia da Luz, Portugal, in 2007 when she was three years old.

This story really must be true as Parentdish wouldn't publish any old, worn out, tired pack of lies story.....

These damn foreigners are always scruffy aren't they? You would have thought that the 'blonde' woman and the distinguished looking fellow, would have bought a bar of soap and stopped off at Walmart to buy him a cheap clean t.shirt and a pair of jeans, before parading Europes most famous abducted child in a restaurant. Hey ho!! Wonder if they ordered sardines, nahh, that would have given the game away!!

Now now fred, let's not get cynical lol.....this is going to be quite easy to spot....foreigner in America......easy peasy......
