Didn't the Mccanns say they called her Madeleine. It would be interesting to know what date the Cup final was held

It was 19th May.

Goodness knows why it was necessary to tell such a provable porkie as Madeleine was never called Maddie. Then of course in 2011, in an interview with Piers Morgan, the McCanns announced that they'd never made much of the eye defect as it was hardly noticeable.

 

What would have been their idea I wonder of making a big deal out of something?

It must be easy for those who are economical with the truth to forget what they've said and trip themselves up but how could they forget the massive publicity which they gave to the alleged coloboma?

Thanks NBY, so in two weeks they had set up a Company and shown a Video on a Football pitch , yet couldn't spare time to search for their daughter.!!!

I don't think this couple have their priorities right....yet again , how did they know Madeleine would not be found.?????
