@ frencheuropean

Yes - I'm loving this judge's dry delivery. Class.
TC has the McCann knack of over-egging the pudding and she just had to have the last chirp.
She suddenly remembered something on her crib sheet that she forgot to say!

I'm starting to like this lady Judge more and more.

I'm sorry Katey wasn't on the stand. I think we've been deprived of a good act there. Team McCann, completely outclassed.

It says "the lady can go back to her life" but the connotation is more like "go away and get a life" I believe.

is it just me, or is anyone else gobsmacked that TC spoke on behalf of K saying that K had read the book and it was different to the files. She is making a statement for someone who didn't want to speak, except to the media crowd outside the courtroom. aiui

Not surprised at all. This has been the McCann mantra all along, to use their family members to get their fairy tale message across. The whole prosecution is hearsay, and the fact that the plaintiffs refuse to speak on their own behalf speaks volumes.

I also think it is interesing that the President of the Bar Assn (forgot his name) refused to testify. IMO he had never inteneded to testify, but was put on the witness list to try to intimidate Amaral into settling out of court.

I've never seen this site before, "Scrape TV" (on line); there is an article up entitled, "Police believe they may have found key to finding Madeleine McCann but probably not".

It suggests the police are just doing the work and "filling in the paper work".

POLICE BELIEVE THEY MAY HAVE FOUND KEY TO FINDING MADELEINE MCCANN BUT PROBABLY NOT
October 4 2013
London, U.K. – Six years after she vanished from a family vacation, police are still kind of looking for Madeleine McCann. Now it appears they have a new lead, of sorts, hoping that mobile phone records will lead to a suspect or leads or something because that’s really all they have at this stage. It has been six years and chances are she was dead within hours of her disappearance but they have to keep investigating and this is what they have found. It’s not clear if police actually expect to turn up anything or if they are just doing the work and filling in the paperwork.

I was reading that Mr Amaral had applied to give evidence at the trial.  I wonder what he has to say.  Will that be before or after the Crimewatch reconstruction.  The timing is amazing.

Yes, if you didn't know better, you'd almost think it was being engineered.

Again a lot of overruled questions ( out subject) from I.Duarte and a first part rather chaotic for this reason.
The judge doesn't seem very interested in the article quoted by I.D because she doesn't push further the subject.

Is the juge's comment at the end aiming to all the witnesses for accusation?

( the judge) "She adds that the production of testimony evidence up until now does not lead the Court to believe that the witness Susan Healy's knowledge is relevant to the discussion about the case considering her relationship with Kate McCann and the fact that lawyer for the plaintiffs had officially given her up. She therefore doesn't authorize the witness to take the stand."

Some judges - especially female ones ( from personal experience ) are very good at speaking their minds.

This judge is clearly stating she is not impressed with the rubbish Team McCann has produced so far!

Guess they might as well all go back to their lives!
