Our Press must be the laughing stock of the world writing all this rubbish just to sell papers and make money - are they going to write anything Clarrie tells them to!

All Madeleine articles whooshed from today's Daily Mail!

Too many questioning comments?

They've got cold feet, we were telling them on Twitter to start reporting facts like Smith sighting and Gaspar Statements

they got loads of negative comments on their article showing what people really thought of the rubbish they print

There's only so many yarns the public will believe, cherry. The daily changing suspects are a joke and they have been seen through. They've well and truly over-egged the pudding now.

Processos Vol III

Pages 679 – 680

Witness Statement

José Carlos Fernandes da Silva

Date: 2007-05-08

Occupation: Driver

Place of Work: OC

Comes to the process as a witness.

He has worked as a driver at the OC since the 26th March of this year. His functions consist of driving the tourists from the reception to the apartments where they are staying. His working hours are from 11.00 to 16.00, except for Thursdays and Saturdays which are the days guests arrive and leave and when he starts and finishes work much earlier and later. He knows the resort well as he circulates throughout the whole resort.

When asked whether he knows about the disappearance he says that he heard about it on the day of the disappearance at about 23.00 because he was on his balcony and two men passed by and asked him whether he had seen a small girl who had gone missing from a restaurant. On the following day when he arrived at work he was told all the details. When asked, he replies that he does not think he saw or spoke to the girl or her family before the disappearance. He only knew who they were from the news.

Nobody made any comments to him about the guests or about children in the preceding days.

He did not see anyone suspicious or any unusual vehicles.

No more is said.

Reads, ratifies, signs.

We've had gypsies, tramps and thieves so we really ought to broaden our horizons and look in a different direction.

Gypsies....tramps and thieves ...sums up the newspapers nicely.

Gypsies......they travel around the country looking to buy stories.

Tramps.......they sell to the highest bidder.

Thieves ......they pinch old news stories from 7 years ago and recycle them in today's papers thinking we are all thick or forgetful .

'and every night the men would come around.....and lay there money down'...

Post  cherry1 on Tue 4 Feb - 12:12

Cass I saw the DI Banks programme and I noticed that too about them having sea bass! Some other similarity in story so far was the mum (Katy Heath) was clearly telling lies (said the two people who came to the door posing as Social Workers pushed her through the door whereas witness said she let them in) and police suspected she may be involved in whatever happened to the son and wondered if he had been taken by paedophile ring. Heroin was found under the floorboards but looked like son was dealing in it although only 11. Don't know if mum knew it was there or not.

Post  mossman on Tue 4 Feb - 12:53

I've said this on another thread but so long as we are reading about busmen, gypsies, whie vans and cleaners, nobody is thinking about Smithman and the e-fit published by SY on Crimewatch.

For me it is that simple. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Not one single article has shown the e-fit.
