Putin and Obama have had a meeting , no news on what they achieved but I think Putin is obviously worried about the way the rouble has plummeted and the Oligarks have had their assets frozen and maybe wants to reassure Obama that he has no intention of invading the Ukraine even though his troops are supposedly massing on the Border.
