If there is firm evidence that Putin is behind all this, what then?

Yes Badboy , yesterday a Building was set on fire and the staff inside had to escape using scaffolding and sheets tied together. Caught in the middle are those Russian speaking people who do not want seperatism but want to remain in the Ukraine.

Pro Russia vote to go ahead on Sunday
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-27320806
The pro Russia Ukranians are going ahead with their vote on Sunday despite Putin suggesting it should be delayed.
Have the Rebels thought this through? The Ukraine is broke and relying on EU and IMF loans if these pro Russians form a breakaway and try to be taken into the Russian fold, they should think again. Crimea was different because Russia wanted to safeguard it's ships and aircraft, and since then sanctions imposed on Russia have hurt their income so they won't want to provide financially for these break-away Cities.
