Why Muslims cut off heads

As emphasized in the movie "Thief of Bagdad," the caliph [ruler] asked his wazir [wise man?], "Why do we cut off peoples' heads?" The [wise man's] answer was, ["because they had been thinking"]. Thinking results in questions that stimulate a cause to search for the truth, thus creating a threat to control of the masses. Well known thinkers and teachers were Socrates, Confucius, Gandhi, and Jesus, all of whom tried to get people to think and search for the truth. They were killed because they posed a threat to control of the masses.
If you are not a thinker in search of the truth, you need have no fear of having your head cut off by a Muslim. Let the masses be controled like sheep. I mean, what harm could become of it?
