Father 'Kills Five Kids' Then Shoots Himself

A father is thought to have shot dead five of his children, aged seven to 16, before killing himself at a US casino.
Police seal off the area after shooting
Police discovered the 35-year-old man in his car near the Muckleshoot Casino, 30 miles south of Seattle in Washington state.
He is thought to have committed suicide and died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Officers then checked his mobile home and found four of the children dead in their beds and the fifth in the bathroom.
The mother of the victims was not at home, said Ed Troyer, a spokesman for the Pierce County Sheriff Department.
He said investigators believe the husband and wife were not separated.
Mr Troyer called it a domestic violence situation and a murder-suicide.
Dozens of investigators have been at the scene trying to discover a motive for the killings at the home in Graham, about 20 miles south of the casino.
The mother's aunt, Penny Flansburg, was at a loss to explain the crime. She said: "They were pleasant together. We can't even figure out why."
Ms Flansburg identified the couple as Angela and James Harrison and the children as Maxine, Samantha, Heather, Jamie and James.
The father worked as a diesel mechanic, and the mother works at Wal-Mart, Ms Flansburg said.
Ryan Peden, a classmate of the eldest daughter, said she told him on Friday night that her parents had got into a fight and her mother had left.
The father followed the mother and tried to get her to return, said the 16-year-old.
Authorities have not released the names of the family, but Mr Troyer identified the dead children as four girls and a seven-year-old boy.

I looked at the basketball hoop you can see in the picture, above, and felt so sad thinking that the little 7 year old boy would never use that again....
