People should be aware that on twitter there are many many people who go on and have a pop at each other when disagreeing over subjects.
People should also be aware that you have to accept,that on a very emotive subject,that tempers can flare and at times,people can overstep the mark.

However on twitter the #MCCANN hashtag is horrible,everyone is entitled to free speech,those for and against the McCann's but some take it too far!

What do we mean by too far? Vile and abusive language of the worst kind,sickening and abusive false accusations ,incitement to hate,gleaning personal information and trying then with false accusations to involve the press,TV people,celebrities and i feel on behalf of the people who do NOT believe the McCann's version of events,to speak on their behalf!
Now given this is a highly emotive subject words are exchanged and sometimes far too unpleasant but you can just give it back,but what examples are given earlier are going way too far!
There are a band of PRO McCann supporters who are just way out of hand,normally not brave enough to post under their own names but hide and snipe from the safety of the shadows.
SO with no further ado,supporting one vile individual called Muratfan,who has in his time blogged PICTURES OF OTHER PEOPLE'S CHILDREN,is the woman named and shamed here her name is..............
JUSTINE SPENCER..This woman has definitely incited to hate,published false accusations,has attempted to involve third parties by tweeting media persons and publications in an attempt to get them to print or air false and disgusting allegations...How this woman is allowed to be a train manager with one of Britain's LEADING companies is beyond me,i will NOT shame the company by naming them on this page.
Remember when you are on twitter or using public transport to look out for the name,she wants to be famous,she wants to cause heartache and misery for people who only want to express their right to free speech and i hereby call upon THE FIND MADELIENE CAMPAIGN and the McCann's themselves,if you have any ties with this woman,sever them she causes your objectives more harm than good,i may not agree with the McCann's but no one wants that sort of supporter do they?............Remember the name JUSTINE SPENCER

Whoever Muratfan is they are either related or a very good friend of G&K, they went far far beyond the bounds of joe public or general supporters (whom I will happily discuss this case with) of the two neglecting Doctors, there hatred for anyone who questions the Mcs is NOT normal......so I for one is not really bothered who muratfan is, man or woman, I wouldn't waste my time having any sort of discussions with them.

Yes I believe it's certain that Murat fan is Ian West - I don't think there can be any problem with printing his name but we have to be careful not to confuse him with others with the same common name. How do we know that the odious venom-spitting harpy Justine Spencer is the same one who works for a rail company?

I would say the answer is yes as on MF's blog he refers to the company himself (I am not going to name it) in reference to Justine (but he doesn't mention her by name).

I like the initials PMT for Pro McCann Trolls though, as most are them seem to be male, they can't all suffer from it! I find it hard to believe that the worst trolls can be gainfully employed - clearly a case of having too much time on their hands - so I'll reserve judgement on the "lovely" Justine.

There was a Policeperson on Digital Spy (and 3A for a bit) called Deep Purple .............. it turned out he was a Coroner's Officer (ie ageing plod nearing retirement) yet he tried to come across as being deeply knowledgeable about the application of the law and of due process.

In actual fact, he had almost certainly done little more than Traffic or clearing up after Drunks.

He knew far less than many, many others, but the PMTs hung on his every word because he was a Policeperson!

I think he failed to account for the fact that many of the rest of us have been involved in contributing to draft law/regulations, carrying out investigative work, advocating Cases (albeit within narrow specialist fields) and acting as Expert Witnesses and Witnesses of fact. Not in Abandonment, Child Abuse, Manslaughter, Fraud necessarily, but the basic principle are similar across the board.

A funny little anecdote! When you have been involved with making legal statements and entering information into legal documents, you start doing things automatically. I was leaving a note for my son a few days ago and had to change a word. I initialed the change!
