Not "a source close to" or "a spokesman" So, who understands this and how did they come to understand it? Is this newspaper trying to push a few Tapas buttons? The McCanns wouldn't sue for an article that appears to be supporting them. So, perhaps the ball is now in the McCanns' court. Why don't they sue this man?

It's up to the directors off the fund to decide where and how much is spent not kennedy.

We only see the Accounts given to Companies House, my ex Boss when I worked in Jersey once worked in the U.K. for Hays McIntyre the Auditors and says they are respectable and the Invoices for these payments should be available.
Had SY checked the Accounts as part of their remit they will know the Payments to Metodo 3 and Halligen were fraudulent. However, why didn't they charge him while he was incarcerated? doesn't make sense.
