Let's live in hope that Camoron's woken up to the real facts, but I doubt it. Anyway Malena you missed out one of the most important people that he employed: Clarence. He had Coulson and Clarrie masterminding his election. Wasn't Cam in PR previously so would know just how devious PRopaganda is in criminal investigations.

Maybe he did not say anything, maybe it is just the media again?? We don't take any notice of them usually!

Apparently not him personally but one of his lackeys. Am sick to the teeth of UK interference in this case and pray that justice will be done. Not holding my breath, though!

Re: David Cameron vows to speak to Portuguese government if British cops are hampered with their Madeleine McCann inquiry
Well said, kathybellekathybelle wrote:In my opinion, instead of Cameron going over to Portugal, accusing them of hampering Scotland Yard, he should apologise to the PJ, for the British Government's intervention of the case, back in 2007. If the PJ had been allowed to investigate this case, without intervention of the British Government, they would have brought perpetrators of Madeleine's disappearance along with the ones who aided and abetted them to justice.
The perpetrators were the McCanns, because if the McCanns were speaking the truth and it's highly unlikely that they were, they left Madeleine and maybe the twins, in their unlocked apartment, while they were wining and dining with their mates. If Madeleine wasn't abducted and it's highly likely that this is the case, due to the McCanns never searching for her, trampling all over the crime scene with their mates, lying and refusing to answer questions, which hindered the case, then Madeleine was harmed by one or both of the McCanns or someone known to the McCanns with the McCanns blessing.
For whatever reason, Madeleine was not a well loved child by the McCanns or members of their family. We know by Kate McCann's admission, that she and her husband never searched for Madeleine, when she was supposedly discovered missing, by her mother. If that wasn't bad enough none of her family searched for her. The final insult to Madeleine, was when a fund was set up in her name by the McCanns and their family. This money was supposed to be used to look for Madeleine, but as we know this never happened. The only one who hasn't benefited from this fund is Madeleine, the McCanns, their family, Clarence Mitchell and the McCanns dodgy detectives have all been paid handsomely out of the fund, whilst doing nothing physical to find her.
I would like David Cameron, to close the UK investigation, because it plainly obvious that Redwood is looking for a scapegoat for Madeleine's disappearance. He has had access to all the files for 4yrs and he has made it clear, that the McCanns and their mates, are not persons of interest to he and his team. I don't care if a higher authority is telling him not to investigate the McCanns and their mates, the point is, if he was a decent police officer, he would refuse to bow to their wishes and do what is right by Madeleine. The fact that he isn't, shows that he doesn't give a flying fig, for the predicament that Madeleine was put in, by her parents. A predicament that more than likely cost her, her life.
Redwood is a spineless individual, if he had an ounce of humanity, he would be sickened when he read the information below.
http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/TAVARES_ALMEIDA.htm
If Mr Almeida was telling lies, the McCanns would have sued him. The fact that they have remained silent, speaks volumes. I just hope that if and when the lawsuit resumes, the Judge is made aware, that the McCanns are suing Goncalo Amaral, for stating in his book, whatever was stated in the PJ files, including Mr Almeida's report, yet they're not suing Mr Almeida.
If I had my way, I would like the original team of PJ investigators, to reopen the case and take up where they left off. I would like them to be funded by the UK taxpayers and I would like the British Government, to keep their noses out of the investigation. I would like the McCanns and their mates, to be hauled over to Portugal and to remain there, until the investigation reached it's conclusion. Which would be charges brought against the McCanns and charges brought against their mates, if it can be proved that they lied from day one.
However I don't think this will ever happen, for reasons I have stated in my previous post. The McCanns, the members of the British Government who intervened with the case and anyone else, who leapt to the McCanns side back in 2007, all 'pee in the same pot.'
Poor Madeleine, the only ones who sought true justice for her in 2007, was Goncalo Amaral and his team of investigators.

Considering Cameron went to Eton and got a first....he has no idea about how to make friends and influence people . He jumps on every bandwagon and achieves nothing, now he risks the friendly relationship with Portugal over Centuries and for what???? The Foreign Office were advised very early on by John Buck the Ambassador who went to PDL to help the McCanns that their time lines did not match and to take care. Not long after that he left so we have to ask ,'what is it about this couple that they have been protected from day one?'I have never known anything like it and can only think that Gerry has some secret information that would destroy Parliament if revealed

Morning marky, I did read a long time ago that Gerry was a Fund Raiser for the Labour Party and that he knew of shall we say 'illegal contributions' that could have damaged the Party which is why Tony and then Gordon got involved. Cameron is grandstanding and I doubt he would do anything if push came to shove. When you think about it, it really is amazing that the disappearance of one 3 yr old 7 years ago captured the World's attention and yet still remains a mystery as to what happened. If Cameron has any sense he will have a private word with his Portugese counterpart and suggest the case is closed because there really is nothing new to be found. If Oporto had found any new evidence it would have been investigated by now and the expense for both Countries has been enormous.

Like yourself, I've never come across suspects in a crime, given the special treatment that the McCanns were given and the special treatment started at 22:00hrs, on the night Madeleine supposedly disappeared, before the McCanns were suspects, when Gerry phoned Alistair Clarke, instead of phoning the police. If you open the link below and scroll down the page, to the article 'English Government Cuts With McCann' You'll see how quickly the Government swung into action, after Gerry made that call:
http://joana-morais.blogspot.com/2007/12/gerry-mccann-did-call-british-media.html
As you quite rightly say, John Buck the British Ambassador, advised the Foreign Office early on, that all was not well with the McCanns story. For reasons best known to themselves, the Foreign Office officials, decided to ignore John Buck's words of wisdom.
When the McCanns were made arguidos, they were allowed to go home. Once they arrived at the Algarve airport, they were given a private room within the airport, until it was time for them to board their flight for home. Once they were on board the flight, 2 rows of seats remained empty, to give the McCanns privacy.
Once the McCanns arrived at the East Midland airport, a car containing Special Branch officers, was waiting to take them to their Rothley home. Is it any wonder many of us believe that the McCanns know something or take part in something, that must never be brought into the public domain.

Regarding the McCanns being given permission to return home, after being made arguidos - I once read an article that the permission was given, against the PJ's wishes and they tried and failed to block their return home. I also read an article, which stated that the Portuguese police, escorted the McCanns car to the Algarve airport, to prevent the media from harassing them.
At this moment in time, I can't find these two articles, but I found this article, on the Joana Morais website, that some my find interesting.

Your information could be one reason why the McCanns were given protection by the then Labour Government. However, rightly or wrongly, I still believe they are being protected by the present Government.
I'm wondering if Goncalo Amaral, will reveal something detrimental about the McCanns, if and when the lawsuit resumes and if he wins or loses the lawsuit.

Two bit half witted lying people who the pj have got evidence against along with the British police that they hid the body off their own child allowed to walk round making money out off a dead child and suing newspapers and decent people who dare not believe them....it's written in the files that Madeleine died in apt 5a and the parents HID the body or rather didn't want to give up the cadaver ....also written that......there is no proof that Madeleine died from anything other than an accident....that didn't have to be added, there's a reason for that to be in there.....please don't tell me that Mitchell was seconded from the home office to be a spokemans because.....because off what.....know one has quite yet told us WHY he was hurriedly made their spokesperson....these two bit knowbodies.....if they haven't got anything on anyone then WHY haven't they been arrested with all the evidence against them.

Thanks Kathybelle , well the interviewer pulled no punches did he.!!! The Article was so long I read most of it but will finish off later.
'Q – But there are no indicia that she has been abducted, either.
Gerry – We firmly believe that she was abducted by a man, minutes after I went to see her in the bedroom. There are two independent witnesses that saw a child of around four years of age being carried that evening. Our friend Jane Tanner and also the Smith family.'
Well that's your theory shot to ribbons Gerry,Jane Tanners 'sighting' has been discounted and the Smiths as far as we know have not been interviewed by SY. Notice how they insist 'abduction' because they were clever enough to know that 'kidnap' would have meant a ransom demand . The £2 million offered by the NOTW was never CLAIMED, NOR DID ANY SNITCHES REVEAL INFORMATION that they knew who had kidnapped Madeleine.

Re: David Cameron vows to speak to Portuguese government if British cops are hampered with their Madeleine McCann inquiry
Hi Malena - I have days of senior moments!
Never used to believe in conspiracy theories, but there has to be some reason why successive governments pander to this pair. If we knew what that was we might understand why they're protected. The media are scared of their hotshot lawyers, but MP's etc can claim Parliamentary privilege if they spoke out.
Every MP was sent a copy of Tony Bennett's booklet in the last govt and many are still in the House. None of them seem remotely interested in finding the truth and Dr Amaral has to fight this battle alone. Lesser men would've crumbled by now. Praying that he wins his case and wish it would continue as soon as possible.

Well said Jay. Like yourself and many others, I'm also hoping that Dr Amaral, wins this unfair lawsuit.

Re: David Cameron vows to speak to Portuguese government if British cops are hampered with their Madeleine McCann inquiry
Thanks kathybelle! Thank goodness for the net because without it so many people would only have the pathetic tripe printed in the sycophantic UK media. So even if Madeleine never gets real justice more and more people are aware of the facts of the case. All the latest stuff about burglars and pot bellied paedo pervs has been an own goal IMO.
A few people seem to think that Redwood will nail the perps because the Guardian seemingly changing Redwood's speech about alive or dead over the last 2 days. Seems like the lawyers or PRopaganda machine got in touch and the Guardian changed the text slightly a couple of times!
As long as the message gets out there maybe there will finally be justice and I'm sure like all of us on here we want the perps definitely nailed for this crime.
