This is a different one.

Burgundy Top Man was Tractor Man. Or Smelly Bin Man. Or a combination of both.
I think they're beginning to hybridise them, like roses.

This one is The Singing Nonce.
Although he might have owned a second-hand burgundy 54 Strat at some point, by the look of him.
