Um pedófilo britânico, traído pelas sardas nas mãos, bem visíveis numa foto onde surgia a agredir sexualmente uma criança tailandesa, foi ontem condenado a seis anos de prisão em Londres.
Dean Hardy, um vendedor de móveis, de 50 anos, fez-se fotografar em diversos actos obscenos, tendo apenas o cuidado de não revelar a cara nas imagens, durante uma viagem à Tailândia, em 2004. Mas um dos instantâneos, em que se distinguia com nitidez a mão dele tocando numa das crianças, bastou para abrir um inquérito destinado a identificá-lo, graças às sardas bem visíveis na mão.
"As provas demonstram, sem qualquer dúvida, que se deslocou à Tailândia, onde agrediu várias crianças e ainda por cima fotografou-as de forma indecente", declarou o juiz Gregory Stone, no tribunal londrino de Southwark, durante a leitura da sentença condenatória.
"Há quatro crianças vítimas destes crimes. Isto é o turismo sexual na sua forma mais agressiva", acrescentou o magistrado.
A polícia, que começou a investigar Hardy devido a uma denúncia anónima, encontrou 63 fotos obscenas em casa do pedófilo, em Londres, duas das quais revelavam os abusos sexuais cometidos sobre as meninas tailandesas, com idades entre oito e dez anos.

A British pedophile, betrayed by the freckles on the hands, clearly visible in a picture which appeared to sexually assaulting a child Thai, was yesterday sentenced to six years in prison in London.
Dean Hardy, a seller of furniture, for 50 years, was photographed in various obscene acts, and just be careful not to reveal the man in the pictures during a trip to Thailand in 2004. But one of the snapshots, which clearly distinguished his hand touching one of the children, enough to open an investigation to identify it, thanks to the visible hand and freckles.
"The evidence shows, without doubt, who traveled to Thailand, where he assaulted several children and then photographed them in a nasty," said Judge Gregory Stone, the court of London Southwark, during the reading of the sentence.
"There are four child victims of these crimes. This is sex tourism in its most aggressive form," added the judge.
The police, who began investigating Hardy due to a complaint anonymously, found 63 obscene photos of pedophile at home in London, two of which showed the sexual abuse of Thai girls, aged eight and ten years.

Six years..is that it!!!! He should be locked up for good.Or better still..these perverts should be left with the poor childrens parents..and let them decide their fate.

with everything i read lately i think the laws are good....for the pedos

these kids and family will sufffer the rest of their lifes

this bastard will be in jail for a few years, without working and with everything paied and then he will be free to continue his actions

The laws must be lenient for the paedos because there are so many of them in high positions in our Govt and everywhere else. I'm sure they pass these laws and give them stupid sentences just in case they ever get caught themselves.

Sorry to say it but I cant see there being any other excuse.

Yes they all seem to stick together.I've always wondered why sentences for these horific crimes are so low..maybe you've just answered that!
