GOLDMAN SACHS SUBPOENAD BY MANHATTAN D.A.

The Bank paid half a billion dollars to settle "irregularities " discovered by the SEC , I think they misled shareholders on the amount of borrowing from
the IMF. Now the D. A. is after them but not clear what the charge is.Goldman Sachs have already spent $728 million on Legal Fees.

Doesn"t it make you sick that not one Bank Manager in th U.K. has been made responsible for the problems they created, even the guy from RBS which
the Government had to bail out to the tune of 70% managed to keep his pension and only give a percentage of his bonus back. Give the U.S. credit
for at least trying to bring the guilty to trial.
