Are moving back in.Quite a few have returned and more on their way apparently,though the council seem to be trying to make it hard by churning up the mud.
The male species of these lawless creatures have so far been hiding (or maybe busy selling tarmac left overs).If you will notice it is always the hard done by women who confront the cameras.
So expect a few more million to be thrown at dealing with this sub culture lead and copper thieving scumbags.
