Cash for Access

I wonder if anyone made a (Premier League sized) contribution to the tory party and then met with Cameron to discuss the policy and the approach to be taken with the review?? Just wondering!!??

I doubt it. I have always been annoyed that Lobbying companies exist as the best lobbyists cost the most money so are outside the access of normal people. IMO use of lobbying firms is cash for access. I also believe that all the political parties are up to it. Sadly I think these days they are all in it for their own purposes be it power or money. The days of vocational politicians such as Tony Benn (who I disagreed with but respect) are long gone.
