The Liberal Democrats have been pretty much rendered irrelevant.They were always the third party,an alternative vote for 'floating voters' and those disillusioned and maybe those wanting some middle ground.

Thats not Cleggs fault they have been wiped out.

Clegg dug a hole for himself claiming not to know about Cyril Smith.He lied and we all know it.

Clegg has survived for the moment so now it depends whether or not the men in dirty coats can be arsed to dig the dirt on him.I doubt they will bother now as Clegg is a dead duck anyway.
