Rasheed Davis, the man accused of delivering a 16-year-old prostitute to
Lawrence Taylor's hotel room this week, punched
the girl in face before she was forced to have sex with the former
football star, authorities said in a criminal complaint that charges
Davis with child sex trafficking.

Police said the girl, a runaway, was reported missing in March and met
Davis, 36, at a Bronx, N.Y., bus station two weeks ago and offered her a
place to stay, provided she work as a prostitute.

Early Thursday morning Davis allegedly punched the girl in the face and
took her, against her will, to Taylor's hotel in Ramapo, N.Y. There, the
former Giants
linebacker sexually assaulted the girl and paid her $300, which
she gave to Davis, according to authorities

Police say they were tipped off when the girl texted her uncle as she
and Davis were returning to New York City after leaving Taylor's hotel.
The uncle alerted the NYPD, who met the girl, arrested Davis and called
detectives in Ramapo to arrest Taylor at the Holidome Hotel in
Montebello, N.Y.
According to court documents, Davis regularly plied the girl with the
narcotics ecstasy and marijuana prior to engaging in sex with clients.

After first meeting the girl, authorities say he photographed her with
his cell phone and posted the images on the Internet, advertising for
client. He typically charged clients $80 to have oral sex and $150 to
have intercourse with the girl, according to the criminal complaint.
Taylor allegedly paid $300 to have sex with the girl.
According to the complaint, Davis told the girl to tell Taylor,
identified in the documents as Client-1, that she was 19 years old.
Following his arrest on Thursday, Davis waived his Miranda rights and
told police he had received money by prostituting the girl and had
driven her to several locations for the purpose of "engaging in
commercial sex acts" in the past two weeks, according to the complaint.
Davis was arrested on charges of unlawful imprisonment, assault and
endangering the welfare of a child.

He is expected to be arraigned today. It was unclear if he had already
retained an attorney to represent him."

Former Pro Football hall of famer Lawrence Taylor is charged with 3rd degree rape and patronizing a prostitute. Taylor, 51, admitted to paying for sex at the Suburban Holiday Inn where he was staying, but did not admit to rape. The alleged rape victim was a 16-year old runaway turned prostitute that was reported missing by her family back in March.

The name of the girl is unknown, only her initials were given so that builds for a strong case for Taylor's lawyer claiming to not know of the victim. A guy named Rasheed Davis, 36, whom she met 2-3 weeks ago, offered her a place to live and a way to make money. He later introduced her to Lawrence.

Allegedly, the girl received a text message that day reading "Client 1" wanted sexual activities for $300 and when she refused, Rasheed began to threaten her.

After refusing consistently, the girl claimed Davis beat her up, drove her to the hotel where Taylor was, and waited outside until they were through. When through, the girl said Lawrence handed her $300 and told her to "get out."

It was said that Davis told Taylor the girl was 19 yrs old which would make her of legal age and him only be brought up on prostitution charges, but this can not be confirmed. Davis was also arrested, he'd given the girl marijuana and had her engage in sexual activities so you know he was not too far behind Taylor in this situation.

Taylor's lawyer denies all the allegations and talked the judge down from a $300,000 bond to a $75,000 bond which was posted immediately. The world hopes that these allegations are NOT true, but these days nothing is a surprise. This situation is truly an embarrassment for Taylor, his family, and his former NFL franchise. Details continue to emerge in the shocking story involving previous "Dancing with the Stars" contestant and NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor and a 16-year-old prostitute.

Last week the former New York Giants linebacker was arrested on allegations of rape, following a sexual encounter with a minor in a New York hotel.

Now an insider close to L.T. says he was "devastated" to find out the true age of the girl and that he's "not into the world of 16-year-olds."

According to TMZ, Taylor acknowledged the pimp, Rasheed Davis (who was also arrested in the case), supplied the prostitute but Taylor says he "honestly believed she was 19 or 21," adding it never dawned on him she might be underage.

Shortly after being bailed out of jail, L.T. was also dealt more bad news as Nutrisystem dropped him as a spokesperson.

A rep for the company told press, "Due to the seriousness of the allegations we are severing our relationship with Lawrence Taylor effective immediately."

The arrest "has left the Giants community saddened and stunned", says the New York Daily News.
