I read that the other lad has emigrated to Canada and hopefully has been rehabilitated. I think this young man should be ordered to settle in another Country too, while he remains in the U.K. there will always be Press
speculation about his whereabouts since he is grown up now and probably known to a few people. It is one
reason why James Parents can never have closure.
I don't think fobbing him off to another country is the answer, its not where he is its the fact that James parents feel that justice was never done. Its the seriousness of their crimes and the lightness of sentence that hurts James family.

KILLER Jon Venables will remain in prison after officials decided he cannot be trusted to keep a second new identity secret, it was claimed today.
Prison sources say there are no plans to give the 27-year-old brute another new name following his conviction for possession of child pornography last July, it was reported.
It means he will stay behind bars for now for his own protection.
A prison source told The Daily Mail: "If Venables were to be given a new identity the chances are that he would compromise it. It would be a pointless waste of money."
He added: "That puts him in danger of vigilante attacks. It is, therefore, safer for him if he remains in custody until a time when he no longer poses a risk of revealing his true identity to those in the outside world.
"At the moment he remains at risk of revealing his true identity and until that is resolved he won't be given a new name or be released from prison.
Venables abducted and murdered two-year-old James Bulger in 1993 with Robert Thompson.
He was released on life licence in 2001 but recalled to prison in February last year after he confessed his true identity to a pal who he suspected had rumbled him.
During the resulting efforts to move him to a safe house he was discovered by officials trying to destroy a computer hard drive that harboured vile child abuse images.
He pleaded guilty and was jailed for two years at the Old Bailey.
The High Court has previously decided Venables would be in "clear and present danger" of being killed if his identity were ever compromised.
James's mum Denise Fergus welcomed the decision not to award him a second new identity.
She said: "In his twisted mind he believes the name Jon Venables makes him some kind of celebrity and he cannot resist telling people who he really is.
"If he can't be trusted to keep his identity secret then he cannot be safe to be paroled. He has been given enough chances and he has blown them all."
The Ministry of Justice said it would not comment on individual prisoners.
