Brazil Airlines , faced with a strike by Cabin and Ground Staff, took their case to Court. the Court ruled that if any Staff Member went on strike before
that date he/she will be fined $60,000 a day until 2nd January 2011.
Why should striking Airline staff hold their employers to ransom by making passengers suffer and have their holidays disrupted and a miserable start at the
Airports?
