Is Murat v Tanner court case going to happen?

If so what proof do we have that it is? why is it not been reported/mentioned in the Portuguese news/media, something just doesn't seem right to me.

Im sure things with this case are going to start to unravel this year, but I do have my doubts about Murat/Tanner case.
Could it be like the elusive famous "pictures" that Levy had, that eventually came out that it was a load of rubbish?

I'm beginning to agree with you, it was all go, then it went quiet. I think Carolina said that it had been filed in the court, but I have no idea if it is true, there has been nothing in the Portuguese press at all.

I don't think it was ever mentioned in the British Media was it? I think if there was some truth in the court case then it might have been mentioned at some point,even if it was only a derogotary comment about the "one eyed oddball" suing the true witness of poor kate and Gerry, enhancing their suffering (or such other crap like)
I personally don't think it is true, but, I hope I will be corrected and proved totally wrong.

if r.murat is (allegedly)sueing j.tanner does it mean that neither of them can say anything about anything.. to the press or whoever... it sort of protects them both from putting the foot in the mouth.. hiding behind judicial secrecy for advantage..
