This was on sky news this morning, but I didn"t put it on the Libyan thread because there doesn"t seem to be much interest in what"s going on there now.

Apparently, according to a Libyan being interviewed, when the Libyans played Football, they were always known by their number, ie 3, 7 9 not their
Names because Gaddafi did not want them to become "stars" to outshine him. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS ????? 294124
