A vat off vodka!

5 men have died when a vat exploded where they were making bootleg vodka


Brings a new meaning to the saying.....'it'll blow your head off'.


Before we say.....oh dear......remember this vodka they were stilling was prob 100 times stronger and purer than your average vodka and drinking it could cause an awful lot off damage to anyone that bought it.

Vodka is made from food items containing starches: sugar beet, molasses, rye, potatoes, wheat and other grains. Smoother vodka is made from grains, such as rye or wheat. Rougher variants are made from potato, molasses or sugar beets. As is true in any recipe, quality ingredients going into the mix when combined with proper technique will ensure a quality end-product.

I would suggest next time to add a little less sugar beet and a few more spuds.

I THINK SOME OF THESE CRIMS SHOULD DO A BIT OF RESEARCH INTO HOW TO DO SOME OF THESE CRIMES, EG HOW TO BREW WITHOUT DAMAGING RESULTS.

At a strength of over 4 bottles of average vodka per tot, this would not be surprising.

And they were still in place yesterday afternoon, so much forensic work to do...

there was a programme on yesterday;fake britain,trading standards officer were checking shops(lincoln/boston area?
a machine was found in a lorry that could produce 100? bottles fake alcohol per hour? methinks
some comprised of washing liquid?,shoe polish? fake smirnoff and bollinger champagne,even fake alcohol in tesco
some alcohol had 100 times the level of permitted methylane etc

Yes i saw the programme on yesterday.These people are scum,the stuff they make is poison and can kill,assuming that was the case here.

ALSO ANTI-FREEZE MIGHT BE USED IN PRODUCING FAKE ALCOHOL
