I agree, Angelique. What seems like a brilliant idea in theory may not be so wise in practice.

Great stuff for the conspiracy theorists i'm afraid but in practice we're a million miles away from being able to channel that sort of energy in any kind of way let alone in a controlled fashion.
Very close to being of the 'chem trail' idea.

The Russians and Chinease i believe have tried some experiments to alter the weather paterns and create rain,which again in theory is possible but uneconomic in practice.

Interesting stuff though so i shall read a bit more from this fellow.

I have read an article on the Russian "Mars orbitor fiasco" and it mentioned the "radar" installation in Alaska - which I presume is this HARRP installation and whether it has interfered with the Russians equipment. Will look again for this article but have read so much it may take a while.
