I've read a lot of comments elsewhere that there's a lot of strange things about them too. It will be interesting if anyone who hasn't seen them before comes up with the same points.

Madeleine looks like she has a 'club' hand and Amalie seems to think so too!!!

It's the ones in Donegal which are the problem! To add to the confusion, look at this photo of the cousins taken a year later. They also look younger than before!

Hi, I meant the one where they're in a Punch and Judy sort of toy theatre. Imo it's not Sean. I really think they've been throwing different children in our faces from the start. There are quite a few photos which aren't Madeleine at all - on Pamalan I think you can see the one with the sunglasses on her head, the one with the frizzed hair (quite a different smile) one of the two Everton photos, the very blond one. I don't think any of them are her.
Maddie is nearly always insecure looking, rarely happy or truly smiling as in the poolside photo (where she looks not more than just three). She is 'advertised' as a blond girl, yet her hair is light brown in quite a few photographs.

The single photo you mentioned looks very cropped, may have been taken same time as the one with all four children, I think Maddie might have a 'claw' glove on perhaps.
Imo the two Donegal photos are both shopped, the ice cream to hide her face? May have been a fairly lookalike child. But the one on the rocks shows a lot of discrepancies on her right side in particular. Her wrist is all wrong. If you blow it up a lot it is clear the face has been pasted into someone else's hair. But a shadow under her left side shows the top part of her ear, where it should show all of it.

The everton photo was a blatent attempt to get sympathy ala the soham girls.
Only parents who own their own football shirts would get their children similar ones!
What interest in football has the mccann's ever discussed that maddy had ?!!?!!!

That's easy, not that she didn't exist, but she certainly wasn't 'very pretty', that needed tweaking. Then she had to have been in certain places to fit their story, that's a few more needed.
Then, e.g. the Everton shirt: Clarrie had worked with Lori Campbell(who was uncannily fast on the spot and fingered Murat for the M's) on the Soham murders. Well, that photograph of the two girls in Manchester strip is famous. So pasting her head was possibly good for lots of contributions to the Fund.
Then the other very obvious one: the ice cream photo, where another (more mature) arm is holding the ice cream. Imo a paedo candy shot. It's very badly done, like the Everton one which was analyzed here by an expert about four/five months ago.
The McC's have also stressed from the beginning that Maddie=pink and pink=Maddie. A well known linking exercise in advertising.
Then the most obvious photoshop of all: the coloboma. Which didn't exist. Questions regarding their retraction never come up in interviews do they?

I'm with Tigger on this one. I know that it's hard to fathom out why photos taken before the fateful holiday would be tampered with but there's nothing about this case that's straightforward.

Thank you so much for your site Pamalam; what a mine of information it is.

It is very hard for me seeing these two photos together to accept that they are of the same child.

Tigger: do you think that the white line around "Madeleine's" neck suggests that the football shirt photo has been tampered with?
