Smoke and Mirrors

Are we really interested in who said what to who and who reported what to who and who leaked what to who and spend a lot of time and money doing it??

It is now very clear that the Inquiry has become a witch hunt - and we all know where the Inquiry will conclude the witch lives - Portugal and not Leicestershire.

Were should the focus be? - Why at the very beginning of course - a very good place to start.

Why did Kate lie about the shutters - why were there so many discrepancies in the accounts of the T7? Why give up your job, why set up a fund, why change your story about and Egg man, why hire a PR spokesperson, why go jogging, why point the finger at Murat, why did they not search, why did the PJ conclude concealment, why did the dogs indicate, why was there an indication of involvement from the UK???????? Why leave young children alone in an unlocked apartment..???????? etc etc etc

Why oh why or why?

These are the real questions. So why are we spending all this wasted time and effort constructing more smoke and mirrors for the Mc's to shield themselves against?? Why is no court asking the real questions about what happened to Madeleine McCann - and not just spouting about the stories rightly or wrongly reported - why is the focus about the reporting and not what actually happened and not bringing justice for those responsible??

I was thinking this as well - about LI and why we should have ended up hearing all these reporters testimonies about their stories they wrote. I noticed in reading some of the transcript, Leveson interprets "stories" as made up stuff. But in fact the reporters use the word stories to mean their articles which they wrote. It doesn't mean they wrote rubbish. IMO Leveson is biased and it shows.

The only good thing I can say about the fact that the McCanns seem to muscle in on everything - is that the more they say the greater the chance they will slip up. It is very irritating I have to admit that no one seems to have any interest in the Truth anymore.

I think this is why we keep wondering why!
