Chinese Airlines adamant they will not pay EU Carbon Tax

The recent decision by the EU to impose a Carbon Tax is being challenged by Chinese Airlines who insist they will not pay it. The U.S. voiced their concern
when it was first announced and maybe this should have been the province of the World Committee for discussion rather than the EU dictating on their
Air space.

I can't say that I blame the Chinese. Constant tax rises and introductions of new taxes are stifling the economies of the UK and Europe as a whole. If the proceeds from these tax hikes were used as their name suggests perhaps some good could be perceived to be done by their introduction. But we all know from our own experiences here in the UK that they are used as cash cows by incompetent and corrupt administrations.
