Yes, Oldartform. I wish I could think of the Name of the very first Investigators, U.K. Firm employed for a short time before Metodo. Apparently Kate
told the Firm that Madeleine had been crying but made up the bit about "why didn"t you come" later because she could add , "it was something or nothing."

Would that have been Control Risks, Panda?

Re: Questions Answered Before Anybody Asked Them
The (highly trained) dogs only react because they want to please their master.
The car smells because it's had dirty nappies and rotten meat stored in it, in order that the rubbish could be carried to a waste disposal site.
We needed to do lots of washing because we were staying for a whole 6 nights, and we're clean freaks (even though one of us happily wears clothing that's got the smell of 6 dead bodies on it).
We're quite happy to let our toddlers wear their vanished sibling's clothing, even when she's only just disappeared, so any DNA found will prove to be inconclusive.

We are almost indecently helpful in disposing of and replacing a non-functioning refrigerator in our rented apartment. No point in troubling the landlord.

The reason we couldn't go searching for our Maddlin was because we were too busy we had to sort out the Fundand and set up the Company didn't we.

Not really a question answered before they`re asked, more getting rid of evidence `oh, so innocently` :-
Unfortunately the twins had their hair cut, so no point testing for drugs.

It qualifies really, hair cut and by the time (they may have had it tested themselves) they knew nothing would show up, they started to complain loudly that the PJ hadn't even bothered to test their hair.

Did she marxman??? I did wonder why she never washed the trousers , that was a close call but Kate was able to give a rational explanation that , as a
Doctor, she had been in contact with 6 dead bodies......that's what you call thinking on your feet. , don"t need a Brain.

Re: Questions Answered Before Anybody Asked Them
This topic really deserves more of an airing. It brought up the nosebleed matter about which there is a very strange statement.
The pink running shoes and bitten by a dog. I've lost it, there was a discussion on this, re the bloody footprint of a nr. 5/6 trainer. Are we given the dog bite well in advance of the bloody footprint? Because that wasn't widely published - perhaps to pre - empt any mention of this footprint.
'There was a bloody footprint'
'Ah, yes! that was the dog you know!'
Gerry being heard as an arguido on september 7th 2007:
Blood was mentioned. The defence lawyer reacting to this, i.e. Gerry's lawyer, tried to explain it away. To no avail:
The defence lawyer said that he wishes the arguido to be asked again if Madeleine bled. To which he said it was common for
Madeleine to have nosebleeds. He says that he doesn’t know if in fact his daughter bled while on holiday in Portugal, because he
does not want to be influenced by the news in the Press, regarding the detection of human blood in the apartment where his daughter disappeared.
Bleeding occurred: before May 3rd.
Press comments: after May 3rd.
How could Gerry's observing his daughters bleeding BEFORE may 3rd have been compromised by the media attention AFTER May 3rd??
You couldn't make it up. I think the article from Private Eye re frequent nosebleeds in children - and why do we never, never hear about that? Not in the book, nowhere - is very interesting.
So to recap: it depends on what appears in the Press whether Gerry will be able to remember it or not? I'm getting dizzy.

I'm dizzy too, but Gerry does seem to speak Gobbledygook as his first language. Does he mean that if items in the press show that there definitely was blood found, that yes, Madeleine had a nosebleed, but if no proof of blood being found, he reckons she didn't have one?

Which when you think about it is something strange to say! And they repeated this often!
