Teacher Fired After Not Noticing Third Graders Having Oral Sex Under Desk

TALLULAH, La. (CBS Houston) – A teacher at Tallulah Elementary School lost her job after not noticing two third graders participating in oral sex under their desks.

The News-Star is reporting that the teacher was fired for not keeping a proper eye on her students, as the incident occurred under her watch.

“The principal felt that she was not monitoring the classroom adequately,” District Superintendent Lisa Wilmore said to the News-Star. “The principal made a decision, and I supported the principal.”

She added, “We have to make sure we have people in these classrooms who are monitoring our students.”

Both students reportedly received counseling after the incident, which happened last week.

Third-graders means they are about 7 or 8, right? So where did they learn this? It certainly wasn't in school, so why blame the teacher?

I agree, Iris. I would never imagine children of that age indulging in oral sex, so if I were a teacher of children of that age, it would not occur to me that it was happening. Yes, how did 7/8 year olds know about oral sex?

This is unbelieveable.!!!!! I know sex education is aimed at not just teenagers, but younger pupils, but however did these youngsters learn about
oral sex??? Probably from watching Porn Channels on T.V..

Whatever prompted them to 'perform' under the desk in their Classroom ? It suggests a certain naivety but your'e right Iris, the Families should be
uestioned , kids grow up too uickly as it is without sex education .

BTW, I tried a Straw and a darning Needle with a tissue wrapped around the tip of it....neither worked, It's under Guarantee, should I notify the Manufacturer.?
