Going back to why the review should be wound down, SY's image has been badly tarnished lately and with the charges of

Officers taking bribes, maybe the Chief is proving that the review has been fairly and exhaustively examined and that the

Portugese Final Report is an accurate assumption. I presume Cameron will have a meeting with the Chief and the Home

Office and if they have any sense will close the Review and announce that SY found nothing to suggest the Portugese

Police had been negligent. That's one in the ey for the McCanns and will ensure the fund receives no more donations.!!!

Hi TEIN, if Cameron has already met Redwood and asked for evidence that the Portugese were negligent and Redwood cannot provide it, Cameron should close the case NOW and save some money. After 15 months if there is nothing new then Cameron should apologise to the Portugese Police and suggest the McCanns do the same.

Britain has had a long history of friendship with Portugal and is facing serious financial problems , spent over £2 million on this case and deserve an apology from the McCanns at least . There was talk of an investigation by Oporto Police , I wonder if this is ongoing.

Oh, I don't think AR and DC would meet personally.

I've always being minded to think that the matter is best brought to a Just conclusion by the Portuguese, but it seems patent that much more could and should be done at SY, Diplomatic and Governmental level to facilitate that.

The smoke-signals hitherto have always indicated that clearing the playing-field is a thorny problem, but then again I shouldn't expect the public to be kept in the loop if, when and as, things might change.

The "noises-off" have never been encouraging - but then again I shouldn't expect them to be.

I used to have an NSU Quickly when I was @ school...hundreds of years ago...lol. 50cc I think and did around 30mph.

The aerial shots of Bella Vista showed the layout of the villas in the shape of an eye. The question was what was the H in the picture . The answer was supposed to be Horus but there was something else that nobody had spotted that began with H and after a few days somebody said something and the thread was locked. I hope there is a way of getting the pix agn as I can only find a rather small pic.I did save them so they may turn up. You can see what I am on about though.

If this is Gerry it ties in with a special resolution signed by all the Directors of NSU last November to manufacture CDs on how to search for missing children (I kid you not!) hold Seminars, buy Properties if appropriate etc

Maybe this is why Kate has been appointed an Ambassador for missing children?
