For all you journalists out there, please clarify and confirm if the following relationships are true. We need some serious investigative journalism.

GORDON BROWN & GERRY McCANN
-have had nice telephone chats together.

GORDON, GERRY, & CLARENCE MITCHELL
-Clarence Mitchell is the Head of Media Monitoring for the govt.
-He is also personal friend of Gerry, and has been representing Gerry
(on behalf of govt or himself? ) from the very beginning.

GORDON BROWN, ANDREW BROWN
-Andrew is P.M.s brother and is involved with EDF Energy which is
Europe's largest nuclear energy producer. Andrew Brown is the media director for EDF energy, who are lobbying to build nuclear power stations in Britain.

Gordon Brown wants to restart the nuclear power plant building programme in Britain.

COMARE, ANDREW BROWN, COMARE DIRECTOR, GERRY McCANN
-Gerry McCann is a member of a government quango called COMARE (Committee on Medical Aspects of Radiation in the Environment) which has repeatedly come out in opposition to campaigners who claim that childhood cancers are more prevalent around nuclear power stations

COMARE's director happens to be a cardiologist based at the very hospital where Gerry and Kate first met, the Glasgow Western Infirmary. If COMARE's contacts incorporate individuals in the broader nuclear industry, these might include Andrew Brown: Head of Media for Europe's largest producer of nuclear electricity... and brother of Prime Minister Gordon.

Question: since when is a cardiologist have the experience to comment on radiation?

It is entirely likely that given Castle Craig's experience in treating US military personnel they have sough Peter McCann's advice on treating our own military personnel.

Perhaps Caslte Craig even treated servicemen on board the HMS Cornwall, who knows.

That would certainly explain why they slipped into Iranian territory.

Goodness. So many links there.

I would be very interested if it could be established definitively whether or not the McCanns who keep cropping up everywhere are related to the lord of Rothley Towers.

The only known uncles that Gerry had were his father's two brothers, both long deceased, though one of them Hugh was named in some reports as being among the Donegal party in April 2007! Clever people these McCanns.

It's unlikely therefore that Peter McCann is an uncle but, if Hugh McCann had any family, he could be a cousin.

Malena, It was rumoured a long time ago that Tony Blairs' Daughter received treatment at Castlecraig for alcoholism and

that Peter was Gerry's Uncle. I looked up Peter's Family tree and there was no mention of Gerry , but I just wonder who the John McCann is, Gerry's Brother John lives in Scotland.

Person at same address as Gail Cooper worked in 'nuclear' and appeared to have a 'comare' connection

My post disappeared from Mirror forums, I was given a warning, as was other thread contributors, and a few days later when MF closed there was indication that Gail Cooper had possibly complained...I cant remember the details but was very odd..(I may have added it to the thread.)

I'm not saying there WAS a connection...but thats what I found.

There were lots of rumours about the McCanns and and their relationship with Castle Craig at the time Panda, but I can't remember any outcomes.
The only factual oucome that I can recall was that Lorraine Kelly recorded the introductory video.

His job was doing research to see if radiation would cause any increase of heart attacks in children.

Could this be a reason Gerry has so many handy ‘contacts’ and could he know something that the government wants kept quiet.

Does anyone remember Gail Cooper? She was the woman who said that some man who pretended to be a charity collector A.K.A ‘creepy man’ was hanging about in PDL in April.

Her son Michael Hall (from her first marriage) also worked at C.O.M.A.R.E as a researcher at the same time as Gerry did.

Her second husband Jonathan Cooper is a Doctor with a surgery in Melton Mowbray, Nottingham near the place that Kate McCann worked as a part time doctor. Mrs Cooper is a community healthcare co-ordinator from Newark, Nottingham.

Hi, HiDeHo... I don't seem to get any of the links to work, although the News of the World one is perhaps not likely to now the paper has folded.

Reading through Madeleine's case does seem to be like reading the GMC registration list. There is an dreadful surfeit of Drs all seemingly involved in a piece of Government sponsored; quango or research cropping up in one way or another in Madeleines disappearance. Small wonder the NHS is so strapped for physicians when a small army of them are idling away their time performing non medical tasks for HMG.
