AS THE WORLD WARMS,IT IS POSSIBLE THAT FUNGAL INFECTIONS ESPECIALLY OF THE HUMAN POPULATION COULD INCREASE.
SEPERATLY A TREE FUNGUS COULD DEVASATE BRITISH ASH TREES(IN DENMARK 60-90% OF ASH TREES HAVE BEEN AFFECTED.

That's what they get for importing young saplings and mixing them with home grown ones.

That is a really serious problem, thinking of what happened with Dutch Elm decease.

It has been a rotten year in the garden and for the weather and very different to last year by comparison.

Last year was the best year ever for fruit as we had a very early summer and some decent weather,i'd never seen so many apples on the trees. This year has been the worst year i can remember and i have been in this house for over 30 years now,not a single apple on the trees !
The only thing that is growing prolifically are the mushrooms in the lawn and the moss has taken over.So my guess is its been perfect for the spread of fungus.
