Re: Justin Beiber 2 hours late on stage.
It sounds as if success is going to his head - or up his nose; it's not the way to treat the fans who've put him in the exalted (but inevitably short-lived) position that he occupies.

He was on Graham Norton's show a few days ago ,seemed pleasant enough but not my kind of music. Neither is Guns and roses, but the Article is very funny and at least I know what G & R sound like.

Justin Bieber was booed by thousands of angry parents and young
fans after he arrived nearly two hours late for a sold-out concert last
night.
By the time the 19-year-old Canadian singer went on stage at nearly 10.30pm,
parents were waiting outside the venue expecting to pick up teenage Beliebers,
as his army of fans are known.
Other parents left after just a few songs with their heartbroken children for
fear of missing the last trains home on a school night.
Fans apparently tweeting from inside the venue, where the doors opened at
6.30pm, said the booing started an hour before he finally took to the
stage.
Two upset Beliebers leave the O2 after the
concert
Many at the O2 voiced their anger on Twitter, saying the star had let down
his fans. There is still no official explanation from the singer or from the O2
for the delay.
One mother, Emma Harman, from Kent, told Sky News she was "disgusted" after
her husband had been left waiting with her nine-year-old daughter, who had been
taken to the concert as a birthday present.
"I am hoping he will be ashamed of his behaviour, but I very much doubt it,"
said Mrs Harman.
"My husband has left now having seen three songs."
Parents arrived at the O2 to collect their
children before the gig started
Mother Sheena Dooner from Great Missenden took her four-year-old daughter
Emilia to the concert as a late Christmas present. "It's an absolutely
disgusting way to treat devoted fans," she said.
"We spent £68 per ticket plus the cost of trains and over £100 on merchandise
and what did we geto to see? Very little. Never again. I think he should give
something back to his fans. A refund is in order, not an apology."
Father Wayne Parsonage tweeted that he ended up missing Bieber's performance
so he could make the last train home, and later added: "Disgusting!! Waste of
my time and money ... never again."
The singer tweeted he was ready for his
performance yesterday afternoon
Former Coronation Street actor Wendi Peters tweeted that Bieber had finally
come on stage at 10.24pm - nearly two hours after the advertised time of
8.30pm.
She wrote: "I shall have an extremely moody daughter tomorrow ...
Livid!!"
Gemmer Ferguson from Chessington told Sky News her five-year-old daughter was
falling asleep by 10pm. "I can't quite believe what just happened," she
said.
"He spent more time changing his clothes and showing videos of his childhood
than he did singing.
"When we complained were were told 'Justin will come out when he is ready,'
but he had all day to get ready".
Bieber believers were treated to a set by
Carly Rae Jepson as they waited
Amanda Finestone from Hertfordshire went along to the O2 with her
nine-year-old daughter Zara. She told Sky News: "We waited and waited and there
was no explanation forthcoming.
"There were children crying, children falling asleep in their seats and even
children having to leave before he came on stage.
"He cut his set by half an hour so not only were we waiting we were pretty
much short changed as well. But we stayed till the end because my daughter is a
Belieber.
"I'm really furious because it's one thing to be late but to not explain or
apologise and to have no consideration for your fans who are of school age?
These are young girls; it's bad mannered.
Fans took to Twitter to vent their anger at
the teenage star and the O2
"I would be very reluctant to spend that amount of money again to sit for two
hours and do absolutely nothing."
The O2 later tweeted: "Justin Bieber is now on stage and apologises for the
lateness of his show."
It later added: "Sorry to all the Justin Bieber fans for the lateness of his
show tonight. The Tube will still be running when the show finishes".
But not all of Bieber's fans were furious with his performance. 14-year-old
Claudia Gilling told Three Counties Radio that the singer was worth the
wait.
"I'll still go to see him because I love Justin Bieber. He's perfect, he's
really good looking and he was really good when he finally got on stage."
Bieber is also reportedly expected to face a fine after his late performance
apparently broke a noise curfew.
Hours before the gig, where tickets started at £57.65, he was tweeting to his
35 million followers: "Tonight will be fun. Day 1 at the O2 Arena in
London!"
The singer has three more gigs planned at the O2 on the 5th, 7th and 8th of
March. Yesterday night was his first performance in the UK on his Believe- Tour

That's really awful! How dreadful of Bieber to turn up late! I'm definitely no longer a fan. Yes, I will definitely be writing to him to let him know what I think about it.

Tigger. It never does to piss off your fans on a school night.

He was 19 on 1st March - I'm sure that's not too young for you, Panda!
As far as I know - and I'm not a devout Bieberette - he hasn't got married or engaged.

Re: Justin Beiber 2 hours late on stage.
i think it is really bad of him to keep so many children and adults waiting, especially with the price of tickets. i think nothing less than a refund to all should be made he ll make sure he is on time for each show then.. an apology is nothing, making people wait to hours. there isnt anyone i woulld wait two hours to see, family et al excepted. jo,p

The star collapsed on the third night of his four-gig run
in London
Justin Bieber has been taken to hospital after fainting on stage
in front of thousands of fans at London's O2 Arena.
The Canadian pop star had to take a 20-minute break from the concert and was
given oxygen after collapsing with shortness of breath, his spokeswoman
said.
The 19-year-old managed to return to the stage to finish the show, but Sky
sources said he was taken to hospital afterwards for checks.
In a video posted by a fan on YouTube, Bieber's manager Scooter Braun tells
the audience: "Justin got very light of breath, the whole show he's
been complaining. He's backstage with the EMTs (paramedics) and the doctor.
"They're telling him they want him to go and see somebody and find out what's
going on with his lungs, he's just told me that in five minutes, if it's okay
with you guys, he's going to come out and finish the show.
"So he might not be jumping around as much and everything else, you guys need
to be patient with us, we're not trying to be disrespectful, we're not trying to
get you guys home late, we're truly trying to put on a show for the people who
love him."
Fans of the Canadian singer expresed shock on
Twitter
A spokeswoman for the singer later said he had ignored doctors orders to rest
and insisted on finishing the concert.
He had not been suffering from any health complaints before the show, she
added.
Fans started circulating the hashtag #justintakeabreak on Twitter after news
of his collapse spread.
One fan tweeted: "Biebers not well and has gone off stage!
"He literally was so out of breath on stage in the middle of beauty and a
beat and then went off!"
She later added: "Aww @justinbieber came back in stage after the doctors told
him not to and he was incredible #believe #inspiration."
Bieber was performing for the third out of four nights at London's O2 Arena
as part of the European leg of his sold-out Believe world tour.
Earlier this week he came under fire for turning up as much as two hours late
for the first concert - although the star later tweeted that he had only been
delayed by 40 minutes and blamed "technical issues".
The singer, known for his high-energy stage dancing, has been pictured making
the most of London's nightlife since he arrived in the capital last week.

How times change, Panda!
When I was 5, I was a fan (not that the word was used in that context then) of radio programmes like Listen with Mother - are you sitting comfortably; then I'll begin - and Children's Favourites.
The idea of going to see a teenage heart-throb would have been ridiculous.

Yes, I'm sure this child was not really enough of a Fan of Beiber, if at all.!!! At 5 yrs of age she would have been in bed any time he was on T.V. so I reckon Mum is so besotted with Beiber that she took her daughter along because she could not find anyone to babysit.LOL

Snapper
Pop superstar Justin Bieber has lashed out at a photographer as
he lost his temper in the latest drama to hit his troubled UK tour.
The 19-year-old Canadian singer burst out of a vehicle and lunged at the man
but was restrained by minders in an incident which was captured by TV
cameras.
In the footage a snapper can be heard responding angrily after the star
apparently shoved him as his security team hustled him into a waiting
vehicle.
The singer crouches behind a minder as he
emerges from his hotel
Moments later the door of the car opens and Bieber, wearing a red top and
beanie hat, lunges forward - swearing and making threatening comments.
"What did you say? What did you say?" he shouts, before swearing as his team
drags him back into the vehicle.
The footage emerged hours after Bieber left hospital following a health scare
that forced him off stage during a gig at London's O2.
Footage shows Bieber putting out his hand to
block an oncoming snapper
So far the run of gigs in the capital has seen the singer castigated for
letting down fans with a late arrival, then being treated by medics after
struggling for breath on stage.
Soon after the incident Bieber took to Twitter to describe his frustration
and told his 36million followers it had been a "rough week".
Moments later the furious 19-year-old bursts
out of the vehicle
He wrote: "Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get
the best of me.
"Sometimes when people are shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling
the worst thing possible at you - well, I'm human. Rough week.
"Not gonna let them get the best of me again. Gonna get focused on this show
tonight. Adrenaline is high now. Gonna put it on the stage.
A member of his security team restrains him as
he lunges forward
"Only way someone can break you is if you let them," he added.
Charles Murray, a cameraman for 5 News witnessed the incident and said it was
"an angry outburst".
He went on: "He deliberately went out of his way to shove the photographer.
The photographer shouted back at him as Bieber got into his car.
"Bieber then decided to get back out of the car and slapped his camera out of
the way."
Bieber is still swearing as his minders bundle
him back into the van
Bieber is due to perform the last of four shows in London tonight - although
a spokesman admitted he is feeling "under the weather" after taking ill during
his third date at the Greenwich venue.
Some reports said the singer collapsed on stage but video that emerged later
suggests he stopped singing, put his hand to his face, and stooped forward
looking tired.
He took a 20-minute break backstage where he reportedly fainted and was given
oxygen by doctors. He then completed his set and was later taken to
hospital.
His spokesman said: "Justin has been released from the hospital after a
check-up and while he's feeling a little under the weather, he's planning on
going ahead with tonight's show."
==============================
I bet Beiber won't be doing concerts in Britain again
