As far as I know, they are still under discussion. I suspect that any agreement will be subject to a confidentiality clause so the details may never be known publicly.

There is "chatter" on twitter that "June 17th is going to be a great day for justice for Madeleine McCann"; and "can't confirm but have you heard that will be the day for the libel in Portugal?" also "Email from usually reliable source".
