I wonder why the PJ aren't stressing that Madeleine could not have been abducted, because there was cadaver evidence and other evidence, belonging to Madeleine, found in the McCanns apartment, including Madeleine and Kate McCanns clothing as well as the McCanns hire car. The cadaver evidence alone, if it does belong to Madeleine, is evidence that shows she is dead.

If Madeleine really has been abducted, then this can only mean one thing, that someone had planted evidence in the McCanns apartment, including Madeleine and Kate McCanns clothing as well as the McCanns hire car, then told the PJ that tests have proved that the evidence found belonged to Madeleine.

To put another twist to this sad case and always assuming the evidence the PJ obtained was authentic, if Madeleine had been killed in the apartment, by someone unknown to her parents, how come her cadaver scent, was on clothing she wouldn't have been wearing at the time of her death as well as her mother's clothing and 'Cuddle Cat'?

While I hate people like Von Aesch, I feel the Daily Mail and Scotland Yard, could be sued, by his family, if there is no truth in the Daily Mail's story. Either way they've got part of their article wrong (why does that not surprise me!). The 'Daily Mail' state that Von Aesch murdered 5 months after Madeleine disappeared, when in fact he committed suicide (according to Wikipedia) on July31st 2007.

The information in the PJ files states that the PJ received notification in August 2007 that Von Aesch committed suicide.

According to the files they couldn't establish a connection. It goes on to say they were going to take the car apart for forensic evidence.

Do you think they didn't look for other child's DNA?

Is the Daily Mail insinuating the Swiss Police are also 'Keystone Cops' ?

If Scotland Yard really do want this case solved and if they are really serious about leaving no stone unturned until the case is solved, I don't understand why they are not interviewing the perpetrators of this case 'the untouchables' aka ' the Teflon couple aka Kate and Gerry McCann. It doesn't take a genius to work out, that the fact they openly admitted in a television programme, as well as the PJ, that they hadn't searched for Madeleine, means they were more involved in her disappearance than neglect.

I don't know what excuse for not searching for Madeleine, they gave to the PJ, but the excuse they gave on the television programme, was for 48hrs, they were too traumatised to search for her. If Scotland Yard had scrutinised the files, they would have seen that the McCanns, were not too traumatised to return to the apartment, when they should have been searching for Madeleine and would have been searching for Madeleine, had she genuinely disappeared.

As we all know the McCanns along with their mates, were busy synchronising their stories and making phone calls to anyone but the Portuguese police. Surely Scotland Yard can see that this wasn't the behaviour of parents whose daughter had disappeared, if they can't see it, then they're in the wrong job.

In my opinion, Scotland Yard can't have interviewed the McCanns, if they had, they would have been facing justice by now.

I can't see the McCanns being happy with articles suggesting dead paedos might be responsible as this doesn't tie in with their "no evidence she's come to harm and being treated like a princess" fairy story.
