In my opinion the Express have done the McCanns no favours by printing this story. The Express have reminded their readers that the McCanns have never lifted a finger to find Madeleine and never will.

No one in their right minds will buy these posters/car stickers/ labels, they must know by now that they're only lining the McCanns pockets.

It's a pity the Express didn't mention how much the review is costing the British taxpayer. The British taxpayer, is experiencing wage freezes, low interest rates on their savings as well as cuts in benefits. This is would have been one way to make the would be buyers of the McCanns moneymaking scam, to wake up and smell the coffee.

It's also a pity, the Express didn't show a picture of the McCanns detached house, that they will never sell to fund the search for Madeleine. Of course we all know why the McCanns won't sell their house or do anything to find Madeleine. For the umpteenth time, they know exactly what happened to Madeleine and it wasn't abduction.

Last time I was there Jean, they had even taken the one out of the church notice board. Anyway, kate wouldn't have room in her suitcasefor posters, as it would have been full of jogging gear and matching jewellery

I'm not convinced that St Kate and her friend were even in PDL recently; there may have been old photos regurgitated in the same way as old stories.

Photos show them strolling along without a handbag between them (unlikely as that is just by itself); they certainly weren't plastering posters anywhere!

It is virtually impossible to believe that the McCanns are still begging for money from the public, in fact it's disgusting. There are people in England, never mind other countries, struggling to live, losing their jobs, their homes, not knowing what will become of them, and there are the Mccanns living pretty in their big house, driving their upmarket cars, not wanting for anything, most of it due to the generosity of the gullible public who have ensured the Mccanns have a few millions to ensure that the rest of their lives are spent not having to worry about a thing. It's quite beyond me why they blame everyone but themselves for Madeleine's "disappearance", where other holidaymakers supposed to be babysitting the McCann kids? Or perhaps it was up to the Portuguese police to be babysitting the McCann kids, then again perhaps it was the responsibility of Mark Warner staff to babysit....who knows? One thing for sure it obviously wasn't the responsibility of the parents, after all it was their holiday too and they needed their "me time" !

I firmly believe that the McCanns know exactly what happened to Madeleine and yes I do believe there have been, still are, cover ups and whitewashing going on. What I don't know is why.

I would like to know when other genuinely missing children are going to get international coverage day after day, month after month and year after year. When is the government going to give other families the same assistance that the Mccanns got and are still getting and when are the police going to do their job properly and call in the Mccanns and friends for some proper questioning?

Grandma was probably wheeled out as a PR/damage limitation exercise following the damning news that a couple of strangers had 'soothed' poor little abandoned, sobbing Maddie whilst her parents were nowhere to be seen!

Methinks pinky had this 'grandma' story in the hopper ready and waiting for just such a moment and I'm sure he's got others too. Well he'd better use them sparingly because things are going to get decidedly rocky for the gruesome twosome in the near future. I'm definitely sensing fear and paranoia in their recent actions, and a determination by the press to beat them at their own game.

I liked auntie Phil. She seemed genuine and warm and loving toward Madeleine and I think she genuinely believed everything she'd been told. I think she's definitely been silenced yet an interview with her now would be most telling.

I quite like Aunty Phil. She has been fiercely loyal to her brother Gerry and I think she and their mother, Eileen, really did love Maddie, who spent the twins' first Christmas in Glasgow with Eileen.

And how sad is that fact.? Missing her home at Christmas. With her brother & sister. Tragic.

The twins' first Christmas was the first as a whole family, but Maddie spent it with her grandma. You'd think Maddie would have been included in such a special event, but no!

I can't now find the quote from Eileen but it gave the impression that the whole family was with her for Christmas 2005, not just Madeleine.

Yes, i agree with Anna, is does look like she was there on her own with granny. Well perhaps if Kate was stressed out with the twins, it might have ben a good idea, I really don't know. To me I would have thought that the first Xmas should/would have been special all together, but TBH who knows what else was going on?
