Footballer Phil Neville has put his luxury apartment up for rent for £15,000 a month.
The former Everton and Manchester United star is looking for a tenant for his home in Beetham Tower in Manchester - but it will set back the new occupant an eye-watering £180,000 a year.
Thought to be one of the city’s most expensive rental properties ever, the 45th-floor apartment boasts four bedrooms and stunning near 360 degree views from its floor-to-ceiling windows.

I don't like it around myself either! I wouldn't be able to go near the windows as I have a problem with heights.

I wouldn't want to live with those floor to ceiling windows in every room. I'd get giddy near them!
Re: Phil Neville rents out £4 million luxury apartment
There is no warmth or character to it at all .....doesn't look as if his wife had any say in the decor. I certainly wouldn't buy it even if i had the money. !!!
Reminds me a bit of another house which was owned by an American Film Star which i posted on here a while ago, can't remember his name.

Its rubbish and the only rich people who would want (or more like need) to live in Manchester are football players who play for either City or United.
Over priced and pretentious.

Apart from that i would be more worried about the hard floors for baby to crack their heads open.I like the glass windows and the height as i have always lived 'on the edge' so they don't bother me.

Re: Phil Neville rents out £4 million luxury apartment
I think if I went to visit with my children I would be on edge every time they went near the windows......the same feeling you get when you are waiting on a station and you see a child go too near the edge off the platform ....no I don't like it.
I like to be protected by bricks and mortar .
It bought back memories off Eric Claptons son who fell out off the window 50 floors up and was killed.

Yes I thought of Conor Clapton too.
Some lovely home videos of him here.

I'm surprised that full length windows are legal in tower blocks.

I think it is a cold heartless building, you can't call it "Home" can you . ........ he will have to reduce the rent by half to entice Tenants .

Re: Phil Neville rents out £4 million luxury apartment
I've just read on the Nigella Lawson topic that she has been living in a £10 grand a week flat since leaving the marital home so, perhaps after a little haggling on the price, she'll be heading for Manchester next!

There were photos which never showed up on the post I did showing Nigella's cooking pans being taken out of the House with her belongings, someone in the Studio remarked how squeaky clean they were.LOl
