The "A" word
I'm stunned by the lack of the "A" word everywhere in the "official statements".. especially with the last developments..
******
PM : 'It is a case that did shock and still shocks the nation and if an answer can be found we should try and find it"
MET : "Our review has sought to prioritise the material, ensuring we are doing everything possible to understand what happened to Madeleine"
Chief Inspector Redwood : "We, and the Portuguese authorities, remain completely committed to finding out what happened to Madeleine, and everything we do is utterly focused on her best interests."
****
They could have said "finding out the abdutor", "find Madeleine", etc... NOT A WORD ABOUT ABDUCTION!!!
IMO it speaks volume...

That still won't put the issue to rest. However much 'evidence' they 'discover' to implicate a dead person, they will never be able to prove that he was the culprit AND it will still give no answer to what actually happened and whether not not Madeleine is alive.
