She is not looking good, looks as though she is worried to death and wishing she had never started this libel case

Jesus! She looks 90! So it is true, guilt does really age you!

sorry people can look as good or as worn as they want to.

She's making sure that nobody catches her cackling like a mad old hag to reinforce the idea that this is the effect of the grief that she's been caused.

Note the two good quality wrist bands in evidence - we must be grateful though that Cuddle Cat has been left on an imaginary high shelf.

Jaffa the flathead has clearly decided to sit this one out and let the looney wife take the strain while he is probably plotting his escape to Buena's Aires with Rosie.

Completely baffled how she could be photographed smiling, laughing, grinning, posing with her twins in the early days and now every single photo I see of her she is looking grave, tired and gaunt.

By the way, who took the photo of her boarding the plane? Its a real close up shot. Are there press on the plane or is this another pose?

The article in the Yorkshire Evening Post (mccannfiles.com) indicates "...Mr. Mcann will not attend the hearing and will instead stay at the family home in Rothley, Leicestershire, to look after the children....."

Pity they weren't doing that when they had three children.

She looks a good deal better than her daughter .


Has the ball game changed only the accusation that is being banded about now is that they are saying that mr amarals accusations stopped people looking in Portugal ....no mention off the rest off the world .


How can rolling in the relatives have an impact on this case....

Thanks Karen for the photo, it might have been taken by Fiona who doubled for Gerry the last time the McCanns were in a Portugese Court, I must say Kate looks painfully thin . That's a load of bull that Gerry will not attend to look after the twins, more likely he couldn't be trusted not to walk out of Court if a question was put to him that he didn't like. I'm glad they weren't allowed to use a video link and hope we have an immediate translation from someone in the Courtroom like we did the last time.

Just announced by Martin Brunt, McCanns suing for defamation , array of Witnesses including Emma Loach (who made the Documentaries ), Susan Hubbard and a child Phsycologist. Details on the Front Page of the Express if someone can show this .
