Iv'e left it like this because I want you to play the videos, the Postmen are right , they have just turned the corner and their advantage of not having to pay VAT on parcels gives them the edge. They have many rivals and will not be able to sustain the 6 day week collection and delivery. People in more remote areas are worried that their parcels and letters may not be delivered and they will have to collect from their nearest PO.
