If I remember rightly, mr smith sued a newspapers for invading his privacy and wasn't happy about his picture being exposed all the paper.....now they have done it again .



They have no right to do this.


By the way, he didn't accept damages just his legal fees.

It says 1,000 calls in the headline and then further down says 300 calls and 170 emails??? If 2 people have named the same person I hope he will be taken in for questioning today and we will get an update. If Madeleine is alive and with him then getting to him quickly is of great importance surely.

Just because two people name the same person, it does not necessarily mean he was up to no good on night of 3rd. He may have an innocent reason for walking with a child in his arms. In holiday areas such as Portugal, 10pm is not actually that late to be seen carrying a child. I am however thinking its ex pats naming a fellow ex pat. Not sure why I think this but I think the term 'looked British' or similar was used and if two people know this person then its unlikely he's a holiday maker.

On 3rd, ROB allegedly stayed behind (later) with his sick daughter too. Always minus an adult.  Crucial stuff!
